Update on future trainings….unfortunately my knee surgery recovery was more lengthy than expected. Focusing on rebuilding my strength- and don’t feel ready to do any trainings anytime soon. I do highly recommend some programs. Currently, I am doing Ladder Ascend program- and I love it. Highly recommend trying it out. They have many different programs. Ascend is strength training with progressive overload- gym based (unless you have a lot of equipment at home). Absolutely love Aria’s training style and cuing.
