Here’s our first week of classes to get us started and a little miscellaneous info!

This week you can tour our new space at the Studio-Warming Open House tomorrow night! Then on Sunday morning, join us for our first 30 minute Mindful Meditation at 9am. This is a simple, easy practice to help you establish a weekly meditation routine.

On Monday the 8th we’ll begin our new class schedule. Read it carefully! Some classes are the same, some have moved!

Chair Yoga classes will resume at the Community Center, same day and time as before!

Just a note, this new studio has allowed us the freedom to schedule classes throughout the week!
However, please understand that due to the nature of my full time job, OCCASIONALLY classes may be canceled with little notice. This is a rare occurrence but it’s probably best practice to check the page regularly to check for updates. If you’d like to be personally notified if a class is canceled, please send a message letting me know you’ll be attending a class and I’ll be sure to reach out to you if changes occur. 💜
