When your child is in an emergency situation at the pool and is either thrown in or accidentally falls in the water they should automatically know to roll over and get to the side to save themselves. I’m passionate about teaching this skill! 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

Jumping or diving in and floating while going back to the wall or steps is a lifesaving skill I make sure to teach all of my swimmers. I still have spots avail for summer swim lessons! 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

Start babies early. You can start in the bathtub by putting water on their face and getting them comfortable around water. The earlier the better for them! 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

Just because your child learned to swim and save themselves does not mean they are done with swim lessons. They need to continue practicing and stay consistent with their learning. Consistency & continued practicing is key! 🗝️🔑👍 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

The #1 thing I do with all my students is build a connection. The connection turns into trust. Without this connection and trust there is no foundation for them to feel safe. Build a connection and it will turn into trust and feeling safe to perform. 🥰👍 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

Jumping or falling into the pool and turning around to grab the wall for safety can save your child’s life. It’s one of my favorite life saving skills to teach. 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦
