Blended Smoke BBQ Blended Smoke is a family operated Backyard competition BBQ team established in 2025.

We compete in mainly rib burn competitions around the Midwest with the RCOA and KCBS BBQ organizations. Blended Smoke is a veteran led, family ran competition BBQ team established in 2025.

This season was a whirlwind for us! From getting a call in earlier February to go cook a Rib Cook Off Association event up in Wisconsin to getting to help The BBQ Bus cook at the American Royal for The Kansas City Barbeque Society. It was a year of learning and trial and error. We didn’t always get it right lol but we always had fun! I am excited to cook this next season and we already have a few competitions lined up for spring!

This year we found ourselves all of the Midwest!
We competed in 7 states! We did a lot of RCOA events, one meat rib burns, assisted the BBQ Bus and competed in 5 KCBS Backyard competitions.

North Dakota and
Missouri

We were excited to meet new BBQ Friends and to be welcomed into this community with such open arms! I can never express the amount of gratitude I have to Brian Dwyer and Sean Young for giving me such an amazing gift, a new mission in BBQ.

Looking forward we are adjusting and fine tuning in the off season to prepare for the upcoming season.
