The SGX class this evening brought heart❤️ to their game.
Herc hoist, rig and rope training followed by a spicy 🌶 workout.

Grip, weighted carries, shoulder stabilization, breathe control and the list goes on. Stronger than yesterday today baby.
Thanks for supplying the Revvll Pro rope trainer to the functional training world and specifically obstacle course training. My athletes will be up that rope and handling here hoist no problem. 👍🏻💪🏻
