Pool Remains Closed
As you know, the pool has been closed the past week for our annual maintenance. During closure, we discovered a significant leak in our lap pool. We hired a highly skilled pool restoration company to help us resolve this issue. After a thorough investigation, they identified and repaired a leak yesterday. Unfortunately, it appears there may be additional leaks, as the pool continues to lose water. The restoration company will return this week, and we are confident in their ability to locate and resolve the remaining issues.
We genuinely regret that this means the pool will not be ready by September 3rd as we had hoped. We understand how much you look forward to using the pool, and it saddens us deeply that we cannot provide that experience right now. Once the issue is resolved, we will need to fill the pool and balance chemicals until the perfect conditions are met. If you have a lap lane reserved between September 3rd and September 15th, please assume that the pool will still be closed during this time. We will keep your current bookings in place in the hope that we might reopen sooner, but we will temporarily pause any new bookings.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this causes. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated with any new information and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
