Mark your calendars for the Johnny Appleseed Open, a disc golf tournament set for September 21 at Scenic Vista Park!

The inaugural event will feature two rounds of 19-hole golf....and after the tournament, you can head downtown for the Johnny Appleseed Festival.

The Johnny Appleseed Open sponsored by DYNAMIC DISCS is coming up. September 21st. 2 rounds of 19 holes. We've been working on helping the tournament with some sponsors and there are a few.

With adding sponsors we've also been doing some course work. Some trees that have come down have been cleaned up, a new green is being worked on, on hole 4 and 18. Today we added a bench to hole 8 so you can rest after walking up the hill after the long hole 7. Come down and give yourself the chance to be the Johnny Appleseed Champion, and afterwards head downtown to enjoy the Johnny Appleseed festival.

The 2024 scenic Vista Challenge is live on disc golf scene. June 15th. If you're looking for a challenge come on down and try your hand.

Scenic Vista Challenge is a PDGA-sanctioned disc golf tournament in Lisbon, Ohio beginning June 15, 2024 and hosted by GRIP, RIP, BOOOOM.
