Listen and learn. Motocross Gripping with Your Knees. Gripping the bike with your knees gives you a low center of gravity, attachment to the bike. This takes a lot of the work away from your upper body, especially your arms. This gives your upper body more freedom to move and maintain the center of balance. You will experience better rider efficiency. This also helps eliminate arm pump!
