Women High School age and up, are welcome to join us for an INTERACTIVE Women’s Self-Defense class. Students will be actively learning over 12 essential techniques and strategies to ward off any sized attacker. Mixed into the physical techniques will be lessons on situational awareness and personal safety. For younger women, learning your “Dating Bill of Rights” will be an important take-away.
