Posting now for the next Small Group session which will run for 4 weeks from 5/25 - 6/19.
Each Small Group class session will cost $40 for the 4 week session. HOWEVER, those of you that purchased the May membership got a free week, so each session will only cost $30 if you purchased a membership in May.

*All Toning classes include short cardio intervals scattered throughout the class which can be easily modified if needed*
**HIIT/Toning Combo - a combination of strength and cardio stations with 2-3 exercises per station utilizing various equipment such as ropes, slam balls, steps, TRX, etc.**
***Pilates - toning the glutes, thighs, and core using bodyweight, bands, fitness balls, Pilates rings and/or Pilates mini balls; all exercises are done from a lying down position or from hands and knees***
****Low Impact Tabata with Weights and Core -
This low-impact, high-energy class combines strength and cardio using the Tabata format (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest). You’ll move through weighted strength intervals and blend low-impact cardio and strength training with weights, keeping your heart rate up while being kind to your joints. You’ll power through timed intervals that challenge your muscles and metabolism, then hit several intense rounds of core work to sculpt and strengthen your midsection. Perfect if you want sweat, strength, and serious core work—minus the impact.****
