BFF - Best Foot Forward Running Club Southern New Jersey Running Club The mantra of BFF is "Run for a Reason". BFF was established in 2012 by Co-Founders Kelly Day and Stephanie Riis.

BFF (Best Foot Forward Running Club) is a 501c3 non-profit running club affiliated with the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) open to MEN AND WOMEN. Training runs take place in Southern New Jersey in towns/cities such as Linwood, Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Margate and Ocean City, New Jersey. It is our desire to be involved in our community and support various charities through running.

Stephanie and Kelly are Certified Running Coaches through the RRCA and are also CPR and First Aid Certified. BFF covers the range from runners just starting out slowly to runners that are more experienced and faster. We have a pace and distance for everyone and consider ourselves a "friendly" club where all runners will feel welcome and included. We encourage anyone interested in joining our club to try us out for free on one of our weekly group runs and see what we are all about! Membership is just a $20 annual fee. To join, go to:
