🔹Make breakfast top priority, your body needs fuel especially when feeding the baby & after a sleepless night. By fueling your body with protein, fat and fiber first thing in the morning, you’ll help to stabilize your blood sugar as well.

🔹If it aligns with your diet, prioritize animal foods - the nutrients contained in these are some of the nutrients your body may need the most.

🔹We all prefer fresh meals but let’s be real, postpartum and the newborn trenches can be overwhelming. Try to prep a few freezer meals to have on hand!

Year 5 brought expansion to our team and HeyNoon family as we welcomed another little one & met many new faces at the studio. We are so grateful to our amazing team and families for all the support to help keep our small business running - it truly takes a village. There are endless mobility exercises you can do following birth. Here are a few we suggest during recovery!
•side lying thoracic rotation
•pelvic tilts
•90/90 rotations - “windshield wipers”
•core breath
