We are so proud of all our fencers who went to Peru 🇵🇪 to compete at the 2026 Youth Pan-American Championships!

Guanyi had FOUR fencers represent TEAM USA 🇺🇸 in this competition!

Congratulations to Aiden and Ryan Yao for winning second🥈 and third place 🥉 in the Y12 men’s epee event for the U.S. team! This is an amazing result to follow up their previous results in the Y10 events! 🎉💐

Congratulations as well to Jonathan Gao for winning fifth place 5️⃣ in Y10 men’s Epee event! Crystal Zhao also represented the American team for the first time internationally and fought strongly with the teammates of women’s epee.

Everyone accumulated experience and gained growth in the tournament! We’re so proud of our fencers in their international results and debuts! It’s an amazing stepping stone in their careers.🏆❤️

Summer Nationals is almost coming to an end, and we have one more medal! Congratulations to Ryan Yao for earning 7th place in Y12 Men’s Epee! 🏅7️⃣ Ryan had an outstanding performance and fought hard for this impressive top 8 finish. Congratulations, Ryan! 🎉 Amazing job to everyone else who competed as well! Go GFA! 🤺🏆💪

Congratulations to Julieanne Qi on becoming national champion 🥇of Y14 Women’s Epee, out of 271 fencers! 🎊 After many challenging bouts, she fenced with determination and perseverance all the way to the top of the podium. This victory marks a milestone earned through years of dedication and commitment, and it is also a great end to her last season of Y14. We’re so proud of everyone who competed today! Wishing all our fencers the best of luck in the upcoming events. Let’s go GFA! 🔥🤺🏅

Big congratulations to Andy Zheng on his first place win 🥇 in Cadet Men’s Epee! We are so proud of him for his successful result today. He dominated the entire competition, winning match after match with strength and skill all the way to the top of the podium. We are so proud of you, Andy! Good job as well to Alisa Yang on her top 16 finish in Division I Women’s Epee! This is also a great result that she fought hard for! Everyone fenced with determination today. We wish all our fencers good luck for their next events. Let’s go Guanyi fencing! 💪🎉🏆🙌

Second day of nationals is over and we have another medal! Awesome job to Julieanne for her seventh place 7️⃣ finish in Cadet Women’s Epee! Everyone showed continued progress and this is a great experience. Let’s keep pushing forward and give it our all in the next events! 💪🎉🤺

Our Guanyi Pre-Summer Youth Cup has concluded! Thank you to all who came to compete this weekend and everyone who helped make this tournament possible! We are very proud of our very own Neil Garg, Crystal Zhao, and Ryan Yao on earning first place in Y8🥇, Y10🥇, and Y12🥇, and Hannah Yang for capturing second place🥈 in Y14! We hope this helped each fencer prepare for the Summer National Championships in the coming weeks, and good luck to everyone! Go Guanyi fencing! 🤺 🎉💪💪

Happy four-way birthday to Jonathan, Ryan, Aiden, and Coach Patrick! We are so proud of these three fencers’ hard work over this year and are excited for their achievements in their next year of life, and also a big thank you to Patrick for all his dedication and hard work this year, leading our students to many victories! Amazing job to Aidan Addyson on his first place 🥇 finish in Y14ME and third place 🥉 in Cadet ME at the American Challenge RYC/RJCC and renewing his A26! Great job to Aiden Yao on earning first 🥇and renewing his C26 and Kate Kim on sixth 6️⃣ and E26 in Y12, and Kevin Li on his eighth place 8️⃣ result and E26 in Y14 at our GFA Spring Youth Cup that we hosted!
