Kaden is 2 and just loves to run all over. Running is boooooring but I love watching him smile when I do it with him so its 💯 worth it 🏃‍♂️

Do you feel like you have to make others happy before yourself?

Maybe that gives you a sense of accomplishment?

I also feel like most my life I have had to prove myself to someone.

Am I good enough to do this, am I good enough to be in this position or am I simply good enough for you?

I have struggled with weight and just being good enough my whole life and people have taken advantage of that.

There will always be a critic.

There will always be someone saying or even just thinking that they are better than you at doing this or even some will be bold and say they are better parents than you.

You can’t control what other people say and do.

You can only control you.

Your actions can influence others in a negative or positive way.

You can choose to make a positive impact on the people around you.

But taking care of you has to be number ☝🏼

You yourself, your friends, family and loved ones do NOT deserve a lesser version of you.

Do it for YOU.

Life is too short to live in the shadows of other people.

Your life should not be dictated by a weekly schedule.

If you want it bad enough.

You will start right now.

You should want to go out with your friends instead of thinking you’re too tired when in reality you just don’t feel good about yourself.
