Proud to have two members participate this past weekend in the Graniteman Triathlon this weekend at the beautiful Sturges park in Buffalo, MN. The day was hot for our athletes but they did it!! Beyond proud of them and their efforts. Next up is Chicago Lakes in July!! We love following them on their journey and watching them achieve big things. 💪🏃

🍔 **National Hamburger Day... but make it a little less reckless.** 😏

You do **not** have to give up the foods you love to stay on track. A hamburger can absolutely fit into a healthy lifestyle. It just comes down to making a few smarter choices.

Here are 4 easy ways to clean up your burger game:

**1. Make it at home**
When you make your burger at home, you get to control the quality of the meat, the fat content, the seasoning, and how it is cooked. That alone can make a big difference compared to grabbing one that is loaded with extra grease, sodium, and mystery ingredients.

**2. Swap the patty**
A traditional burger is not your only option. Try a turkey burger, chicken burger, or even a black bean burger for a lighter choice that can still be delicious and filling. Sometimes the healthy swap is not sad... it is just smarter.

**3. Ditch the bun bomb**
The bun is not evil, but this is an easy place to lighten things up. Go with a thinner bun, use just the bottom bun, or wrap it in lettuce if that is your thing. Same burger energy, less carb overload.

**4. Top it smarter**
Pile on the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Then maybe relax a little on the cheese, mayo, and heavy sauces. A burger can go from solid choice to calorie catastrophe real quick because of what gets piled on top.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is learning how to make better choices more often... and still enjoy your life.

🔥THE MURPH CHALLENGE🔥

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day to come together, work hard, and support an incredible cause!! 🇺🇸❤️

Today we took on the Mission 22 Murph Challenge 🇺🇸 in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country in 2005.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who donated, showed up, cheered people on, and especially to everyone who pushed through and completed the challenge this morning!! 👏🔥

This marks our 6th year doing the Murph Challenge, and every single year reminds us why we love this community AND this country so much ❤️💙🤍

The sweat, the struggle, the laughs, the pain 😅🤣 ALL WORTH IT for something bigger than ourselves. THANK YOU!!!

Listen… this reel started as a helpful little form tip for lateral raises.

You know, the usual stuff:

Keep your core tight.
Stop swinging your whole body.
Control the weight.
Let your shoulders do the work.

Very professional. Very educational. Very Change By Charity cares about your joints.

And then… the demonstration got a little too effective. 😮‍💨

Because apparently all it takes is one aggressively confident correction against a wall and suddenly I have forgotten every exercise I have ever taught in my life.

Me: “Make sure you isolate the shoulder.”
Also me: “Actually, I think I need someone to personally supervise my form.”

The lesson here is simple:

Lift lighter.
Move slower.
Control the chaos.
And never underestimate the power of a dramatic form correction with good lighting and questionable music.

Shoulders were trained. Standards were lowered. Nobody is surprised. 🔥
