Sweaty Swedes Sweaty Swedes is Lindsborg's group circuit training exercise class. Join in! Sweaty Swedes is Lindsborg's group training circuit exercise class.

The group, made up of all fitness levels, meets Mondays at 7PM on the top of Coronado Heights. The group, made up of individuals from all fitness levels, meets twice a week to push themselves on Coronado Height's incline and outdoor space. Or for the winter, Soderstrom's gym! A certified personal trainer, Hayley Morrical, will craft each workout and be present to supervise, instruct, and assist. Each class will be $2. Join in, wear comfy shoes, and be ready to hit your goals!

Dala Dash is tonight at 7pm! Meet us in front of the Stuga and we will share the route. Following our Dash, we will celebrate the 2026 Sweaty Swedes season at the Stuga

Only 2 weeks left in our 2026 Sweaty Swedes season! We will meet at the top of Coronado Heights at 7pm for tonight's workout.

Next week (Aug 31st) we are giving you the choice of either a final stairs workout or running Main Street in Lindsborg for a Dala Dash. Either way, we will celebrate the year at the Stuga after! Leave a comment on your preference of a stairs workout or Dala Dash next week.
