Sweaty Swedes Sweaty Swedes is Lindsborg's group circuit training exercise class. Join in! Sweaty Swedes is Lindsborg's group training circuit exercise class.

The group, made up of all fitness levels, meets Mondays at 7PM on the top of Coronado Heights. The group, made up of individuals from all fitness levels, meets twice a week to push themselves on Coronado Height's incline and outdoor space. Or for the winter, Soderstrom's gym! A certified personal trainer, Hayley Morrical, will craft each workout and be present to supervise, instruct, and assist. Each class will be $2. Join in, wear comfy shoes, and be ready to hit your goals!
