Can’t be afraid of food or lifting heavy! Heaviest I got to was like 225lbs and damn was that unhealthy and I’ll never push that weight again😂 200 is my next goal…currently at 215🙂

Nah but fr fr this past weekend was dope asf and sometime in the future I’ll be back on a platform but for now let’s get healthy and close to 100% cause yo boy is wrecked asf so I got to let me body heal😂🤣
