for Lindenwold this week is: Got bikes?

Do you have seldomly used bikes taking up space in your garage? Do you have bikes that your kids have outgrown?

We are collecting used bikes for our annual giveaway at National Night out in Lindenwold. Last year we gave away more than 50 bikes. This year we want to surpass that!

The Camden County CREW is ramping up! The Pre-season begins on October 15, and we are planning our events! The big one – the one I’ve mentioned to everyone - is the Try-it-Out ride scheduled for Saturday, November 4. It’s a very chill gathering, mixing some basic instruction and riding on easier trails in the woods – the main point being HAVE FUN! I’ve attached our flyer announcing the ride – please mark it on your calendars! And, send it along to parents that you think have youngsters that may be interested! More announcements coming up - but until then…..we’re ROLLING!

Shared bikes and scooters are meeting low-income people's basic mobility needs — but they're not being subsidized like it.

ICYMI: We gave away 50 kid's bikes and more than 500 books at this year's National Night Out event in Lindenwold Memorial Park.

Thank you to the Lindenwold Police Department for inviting us and thank you to everyone who helped us make it happen including Ed's Bikes, Collingswood Bike Share, Camden County Bike Share, the Unforgotten Haven, the Free Books Project, and countless Community members.
