1. KICKBOXING CLASSES
The reason kickboxing with heavy bags is a more superior workout than regular cardio is because of the strength exerc

ises combined in the class and and the muscular workout provided by working against a heavy bag. It will produce faster results than other types of cardio. By results we mean LOWER BODY FAT MEASUREMENTS.

2. NUTRITION
The nutrition component of the 10 Week Program is designed to increase your metabolism. You will participate in an in-depth seminar at the beginning of your program, where you will learn principles and details of the nutritional recommendations. If you follow our nutrition plan, take kickboxing classes, and do your weight training, your muscles will demand more calories and your body will become a fat-burning furnace. You will have your own coach who will track your nutrition and held you through-out your 10 Weeks.

3. WEIGHT TRAINING
Every week you will receive a total-body weight training session. The training session will improve your muscle tone, strength, and speed up your metabolism.
