A story from your GAGC counselor 💌

I recently had a weekend getaway where it felt like a bubble around me suddenly popped. I turned to my best friend of 20 years, let out a big sigh, and said, “I feel like my whole-a** self.”

In the 36 hours prior, we’d been led entirely by delight—yummy, nourishing food, pampering, rest, deep connection, and adventures we love (flea market, anyone?).

That’s the exact formula I used to create , with the same goal: for you to catch yourself in the moment where you realize you’ve arrived at your whole-a** self.
