If we do not have enough players to form a team in your child’s age division, you will receive a message from us, and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

We know there’s been some uncertainty surrounding the Fall season, and we want to reassure everyone that the earlier registration deadline is intentional. If we aren’t able to form a team in a specific age group, this timeline gives families plenty of time to explore fall ball opportunities in surrounding leagues before their registration deadlines pass.

We would like to provide some clarification that will hopefully clear things up for those who each year question playing for a Diamond Youth league in another county. Diamond Youth has specific rules regarding player eligibility and registration. Perry County Dixie Youth must follow these specific rules and guidelines as we are under the Diamond Youth franchise.

In summation and general terms, a player cannot just choose to transfer to another league/county to play baseball or softball under Diamond Youth. There are rules and stipulations that must be followed under a formal process. We are more than happy to explain this process for those that may still have questions.

We, Perry County Dixie Youth, work our hardest each year to have both a spring and fall season for our community. These results are based on the number of participants/registrants. Unfortunately, sometimes, due to low numbers of those that choose to participate/register result in not being able to create teams for a whichever division it may be. We work to provide the best form of communications that we possibly can for registrations each year and encourage our community to register their child or children, but unfortunately we cannot control how many participate/register.

We will be opening up our Fall registration soon. Please be on the lookout for that through social media and other forms of communication.

The 2026 spring season has now come to an end. Congratulations to all teams that participated in the District 3 tournaments. A special thanks to those who volunteered as coaches, the parent(s)/guardian(s) for all of the support, and the Perry County community for a wonderful season.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Perry County for the use of the facilities at Veterans Park and for the ongoing support that makes each season possible. The county’s partnership ensures our players have a safe, welcoming place to learn, compete, and grow. Your commitment to our players, coaches, and community made a tremendous impact both on and off the field.

We want to give a big thanks to all of our sponsors for your generous support throughout the 2026 season. Because of you, our league was able to provide safe equipment, quality uniforms, and memorable experiences for every child who stepped onto the diamond. We are grateful for your partnership and for believing in our mission and helping us continue building a strong future for Baseball and Softball in Perry County.

Our 12U boys battled hard last night but came up just a little short, falling to Collinwood 3–1.

This brings their tournament season to an end, but we could not be more proud of the growth they showed as individuals and as a team. They never gave up, played with heart, and represented Perry County the right way. Their effort and character were recognized with the Sportsmanship Award.

Keep your heads high, young men. You have a lot to be proud of!

Due to field conditions, the 12U game has been rescheduled once again.

The game will now be played tomorrow night (6/24) at 6:00 in Clifton.
