Our story begins years ago. Don and Jen have always had a passion for fitness and family. Our mission is to offer a unique fitness experience based on superior service to help our members (who are like family) reach their fitness goals. Enjoy the latest machines, free weights, and cardio equipment the fitness industry has to offer in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. You can also have fun in the hottest group fitness classes, senior classes as well as our very own SWEAT Boot Camp Fitness Challenges. Challenges start every Monday and run for 16 weeks.
