Join us tonight at the library for a fun Cardio Drumming workout .

Join us this Tuesday, June 20, at 5:15 p.m. for our new program, Cardio Drumming! This upbeat cardiovascular exercise involves hitting a pair of drumsticks against surfaces, the air, exercise ball, or bucket to the rhythm of music. 🥁🎵 We provide the equipment.

We will see you at Liberty Arena on the turf.
