Great 3 mile run today & 1 mile walk. Much better than last week at 96 degrees ☀️ Saw friends on the trail & I hope I’ll see you next week. Even found a bluebird feather!
🦅 Lindale 🦅 peeps, come join us, Tuesdays at 6:30 (will be moving to 6:00 with time change). My kids are normally with me running 🏃🏽‍♀️, biking 🚲 or playing ⚽️ soccer. It’s fun for all.
