Every person in these photos is working around an injury right now (but they all showed up to workout and/or run).
Broken finger. Pulled hamstring. Achilles issues. Calf strain. Meniscus injury.
I share this as encouragement for anyone dealing with a setback. You donβt have to be 100% to keep moving forward.
Modify when needed. Do what you can. Something is almost always better than nothing!πͺ
