We’re excited to share that 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 501(𝐜)(3) 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

Since our inception, LSA has operated under the North Texas State Soccer Association (NTSSA) group exemption, with our financials included in NTSSA’s consolidated 501(c)(3) filing. That structure allowed us to grow and serve our community—and we’re grateful for the support and partnership along the way.

Today marks an important step forward. As our own independent nonprofit, 𝐋𝐒𝐀 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐒𝐀 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝, while maintaining the same tax‑deductible status for donors.
