Great event and I’m Thankful for everyone who put this on and participated! If you know me, you know I don’t run. In CrossFit we run but we don’t do it enough to enjoy it. It’s simply one tool in our arsenal of fitness. I don’t run more than 800m at a time very often. But today I was able to chase my step son and managed to A) not stop, B) come in under 26 minutes which I didn’t even consider. All in all it shows that no matter what you take on CrossFit probably makes you better at it. We don’t specialize.
