We recently discovered an issue with our registration QR code, which means some of you may have had trouble signing up. To make up for the lost time, we’re extending the registration deadline from June 12th to June 14th!

A note from .eshelman Hey everyone!

I wanted to offer a little something to our gym community. Through my freelance marketing work, one of my clients is a family owned pecan orchard and shelling plant in Foreman, Arkansas, a small rural town in southwest Arkansas.

Pecans are one of my favorite snacks to keep around because they’re full of healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients that help keep you feeling satisfied throughout the day. They’re great on their own, tossed in a salad, mixed into yogurt, added to oatmeal, or just grabbed by the handful when you need a quick snack.

I’m offering 15% off any pecan purchase for gym members. I highly recommend our Wild Native Pecans because they are a small pecan, but are extra flavorful. Our Roasted and Salted Wild Native Halves are also perfect for snacking with a little extra flavor.

This morning started with an 8 AM workout led by —her first Saturday training class! Then we grabbed coffee from , headed back to The Linc, and spent the rest of the morning learning and playing Mahjong.

A fun way to build community outside of the workout floor!

🇺🇸 LincX Games is coming fast, and registration is filling up!

If you plan to compete, your payment must be received by June 12th. This is a hard deadline so we can finalize event details and get everything ready for an incredible Fourth of July experience.

As soon as your payment is received, we’ll reach out for your shirt size. 👕

We’ll also have Outlaw Dogs Food Truck 🌭 and Coffee Cottage ☕ on site to keep everyone fueled up throughout the morning.
