The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) estimates there were approximately 330,000 violent victimizations involving a firearm in 2021. That same year there were estimated 1.67 million defensive gun uses. That is defensive gun uses are 5.06 times more than fi****ms used in crime.

We've got an Intermediate Defensive Handgun class coming up Sunday, May 17th. This is a fun class with plenty of trigger time. This class covers skills that are necessary for anyone who carries a concealed handgun, including drawing from the holster, drawing from concealment, emergency and tactical reloads, close contact shooting, use of handgun optics and more. The students will need to have taken our Basic Defensive Handgun class or an equivalent. They will need a quality handgun, holster, at least two spare magazines and approximately 250 rounds of ammunition. The cost is $150/person. We will start at 8:30AM.
