Hey! I am the first to admit it’s been quiet around here and class has been anything but consistent …. BUT there will be REV+FLOW® tomorrow morning 2/25 at 9AM in the CityLight gym!

If you haven’t been to class in quite some time, don’t let it stop you from coming back! We have all had a break and we are ready to be kind to our bodies and begin to move again!

Grab your shoes, water bottle, mat, and 1-2 # weights and come join our small but mighty 💪🏻 group!

Between an early Husker 🏈 game and some early Thanksgiving 🦃 celebrations tomorrow… attendance was going to be limited… so we decided to cancel class in the morning!
