May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and you don't have to do anything drastic to improve yours!
Here are a few quick things you can do to support your mental health:

๐Ÿ™ Escape and Connect With Nature - Schedule time away, even if it's just a day or two. Get out into the woods, on the beach, or somewhere different, sans cellphone.
๐Ÿ™ Meditate - Just 5 minutes to sit in silence or with a guided meditation can help reduce stress and tension.
๐Ÿ™ Get Out and Move - Go to the gym ๐Ÿ™ƒ, or just go out for a walk.
๐Ÿ™ Take a Break and Savour Beauty - Pay attention to your environment, especially outdoors. Or go to an art museum or gallery showing.
