Lincoln Track Club

Lincoln Track Club The Lincoln Track Club, Inc. was established in 1975 by an eager group of track enthusiasts. This is the one ingredient that makes LTC work.

The Lincoln Track Club was established in 1975 by an eager group of track enthusiasts as a non-profit community service organization to promote running throughout the area and provide educational assistance for its runners. Although our title contains the reference to track, we have become a distance oriented club. Our membership includes some of the nation's finest road racers to a great number o

f fun runners. In essence, our club is a non-profit community service organization, established to promote running throughout this area and provide educational assistance for its runners. Our monthly newsletter has become an important running publication for Nebraska runners. The LTC is a member club of both the Road Ruunners Club of America (RRCA) and USA Track and Field. The Lincoln Track Club is not just about running, its also about volunteering. The whole organization is made up of volunteers and we can always use more. Please consider joining one of Nebraska's finest volunteer-run organizations.

🚨Tomorrow!🚨 Please plan you travels accordingly and good luck to all of the racers!

The 45th Annual and Half Marathon will be taking place on Sunday, May 1, starting at 6:55 am and concluding at about 1:30 pm. This longstanding Lincoln tradition we are proud to support will affect traffic with several road closures.

• The arterial S. 48th St. from Hwy 2 to Calvert will be closed to both northbound and southbound traffic between approximately 7 am and 9:30 am.
• There will be no eastbound traffic on Normal Blvd. between S. 56th St. and Holmes North Shore Road from approximately 8 am to Noon.

In addition to the above road closures, please anticipate delays throughout Lincoln on race day.

Athlete parking and drop-off is recommended in downtown Lincoln south of the start line (14th and Vine) and south of UNL’s City Campus. Parking is available in City of Lincoln Parking Garages (first hour free) and at parking meters (free on Sundays). There are limited parking lots available on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln campus. Runners and spectators will not be allowed to park in the Stadium Drive Parking Garage or the Champions Club lot.
Public safety resources will be out in force on race day to provide for a safe race experience for athletes, spectators and volunteers. As always, we ask for your help. If you see something, say something. And have a great race!
