Union Bank & Trust (UBT) Football is one of 8 sponsored teams that play in the Lincoln Youth Football (LYF) league in Lincoln, Nebraska. All LYF teams play their games on Sundays in September and October at the Runza Sports Complex, at 225 W. South St., Lincoln, NE 68522. LYF offers flag and full-contact youth football. Pads, jerseys, pants, and helmets are checked out to players before each seaso

n. Players must supply mouth pieces, cleats, and practice jerseys. Players must be 6-14 years old or going into 4th-8th grade. There are 6 levels of football for each team: Flex, a hybrid version of flag for K-3rd grade, Rookie is the first-year for contact players in 3rd & 4th grade, D-division is the 5th graders, C-division is 6th grade, B-division is 7th grade, with A-division for the 8th graders (although teams are adjusted by the coaches based on size, skill, and experience).
