We’re halfway through Pilates month at Fly! Just a couple more weeks to buy $20 drop-ins or grab a package for 10% off. BUT, our Pilates clients know the power of consistency on the reformer long term.

“I firmly believe in BALANCED training so that I can improve mobility, strength, balance and endurance. Pilates truly hits 3 out of 4 out of those and doing Pilates Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturday’s, I can feel how much stronger my lifts are because of core control and I’ve got stability on the bike (no bounce, able to hold isolations).
The way it contributes to my other areas of training is outstanding and ultimately another reason why I continue to come back! I also know because I’m working on flexibility, I’m less prone to injury and staying strong until I’m 90 matters to me!”
