From first tumbles to stronger, more confident skills, our recreational gymnastics classes are designed to help kids learn the right way — with individual attention, proper technique and plenty of encouragement along the way.

Gymnastics builds strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness and confidence, and our coaches focus on helping each child progress at their own pace in a positive, supportive environment.

Everyone is back to school but we are still holding onto our summer memories. Our rec campers had a great time with Miss Kailee this summer. Lots of gymnastics, some crafts and a dance performance for our parents… What a fun week!
