8 strength-building exercises that don't require lifting weights, These movements enhance muscle memory and coordination, helping prevent injury and perfect form for future weight training.

Wall Sits : Bring your knees into a 90-degree angle as you slide down the wall, keeping the ankles directly under the knees.Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat for two or three sets.
Pushups : Aim for five to 10 reps for two or three sets.
Situps: Do 10 reps for two or three sets.
Squats: Do 10 to 20 reps for three sets.
Glute Bridges : Do 15 to 25 reps for three sets.
Hand Release Pushups: Do five to 10 reps for three sets.
Burpees: Do five to 15 reps for three sets.
Dead Bugs: Do six to 12 reps for each leg for 3 sets.

Dear Self Defense Northeast Friends and Families:

As many of you are aware, the gym where we operate in Smithfield has been rented out to another entity, and we have had a few weeks to find an temporary spot to continue our classes while we negotiate a move to a solid location.
(that negotiation is going on right now).

Our temporary location is at:

Knights of Columbus
171 Jencks Hill Road
Lincoln, RI

Starting, June 3rd: and all of June, we will hold all of our weeknight classes on our identical schedule at the Knights of Columbus.

Weekend class schedule for June TBD.
