This week, let's tackle a common self-sabotaging thought: 'I don't have enough.' ❌ Whether it's time, money, things, opportunities, or something else, this thought can hold us back from achieving our goals.

Instead of focusing on what we lack, let's shift our perspective and embrace abundance. This week, let's focus on "I AM" statements that counter this limiting belief.

Here are a few examples:

👉Instead of: "I don't have enough time." ➡️ "I AM efficient and productive."
👉Instead of: "I don't have enough money." ➡️ "I AM financially abundant."

Throughout the 40 days be on the lookout for “Positive Vibe Tips” designed to give you ways to stretch your thinking for your “I am” daily statements.

Take "love" for example. You could say:

"Let's create our 'Positive Vibes Mirror'! 🪞

Here's how to get started with this simple yet powerful daily practice:
1. Gather your supplies: You'll need a mirror, sticky notes or some paper, and something to write with. That's it!

2. Daily Reflection: Daily take a few moments to reflect on something positive about yourself.✨ This could be:
•An "I am" statement: "I am kind," "I am strong," "I am creative."
•A positive affirmation: "I love my sense of humor," "I appreciate my ability to learn."
•An expression of gratitude: "I am grateful for my health," "I am grateful for my friends."

3. Write it down: Capture your positive thought on a sticky note.

4. Adorn your mirror: Place the sticky note on your mirror. As you add more notes each day, take a moment to reread previous statements.

5. Feel the good vibes: Whenever you pass by your mirror, take a moment to connect with the messages and feel the positive energy.
Tips for your 'Positive Vibes Mirror':
•Choose a visible mirror: Use a mirror you see frequently, like one in your bathroom, bedroom, or workspace. If you don’t have access to a wall mirror, find a place on a wall to create a circle of your daily reflection. 'If you think you can’t, you can’t. If you think you can, you can.' - Henry Ford

Powerful words, aren't they? They remind us that our thoughts shape our reality. What we believe about ourselves, our limitations, and our potential, ultimately determines what we achieve.

This is why the words we use matter. The way we talk to ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves, can either lift us up or hold us back.

Our 40-day 'Positive Vibes Mirror' journey is designed to help you become mindful of your inner dialogue and to provide ways to begin shifting the dialogue where needed.

It's about creating a space to expand your beliefs about who you are and what you're capable of.

CLARIFICATION – This program does not require you to show up for any mandatory sessions. It is a self-exploration program you will do over the 40-days of Lent. I will provide instructions, check-ins and a few surprises along the 40-day journey to inspire and support your journey. ✨

"Ready to shine a little brighter this season?✨

During the 40 days of Lent this year, I'm gifting 🎁 everyone a program I created years ago: focusing on building up instead of giving away. During this time of reflection, what if we focused on shedding the weight of limiting beliefs and negative habits? What if we gently released the "truths" others have projected onto us, and instead, embraced the authentic selves we were meant to be?❤️

That's the heart of our 40-day 'Positive Vibes Mirror' journey beginning Wednesday, March 5th. It's about creating space for self-love and positive energy, allowing us to see ourselves in a new light. By focusing on what we want to cultivate, we naturally release what no longer serves us.

I am gifting this program to anyone who wants to take the time to re-ignite that spark of "I can be anything! I can do anything!" within themselves. I will be hosting it on my personal page or one of my business pages MakeItHappen or COACH Principles. I will update this post if for some reason that changes.
