Positive Vibes Tip – Enough is a State of Mind ✨
This week, let's tackle a common self-sabotaging thought: 'I don't have enough.' ❌ Whether it's time, money, things, opportunities, or something else, this thought can hold us back from achieving our goals.
Instead of focusing on what we lack, let's shift our perspective and embrace abundance. This week, let's focus on "I AM" statements that counter this limiting belief.
Here are a few examples:
👉Instead of: "I don't have enough time." ➡️ "I AM efficient and productive."
👉Instead of: "I don't have enough money." ➡️ "I AM financially abundant."
👉Instead of: "I don't have enough opportunities." ➡️ "I AM open to new possibilities."
👉Instead of: "I don't have enough support." ➡️ "I AM supported and loved."
👉Instead of: “I’m not good enough.” ➡️ “I AM always enough”.
Remember, you are enough, just as you are. Embrace your inherent worth and let go of the limiting belief of "not enough." ✨
