MONDAY - HIIT: Fast-paced intervals, challenging stations, and plenty of opportunities to push yourself while having fun.
TUESDAY - HYPER: Upper body strength takes center stage with presses, pulls, carries, and accessory work designed to build muscle and confidence.
WEDNESDAY - PODIUM: Grab a partner and get ready to chase scores, compete against yourself, and find out what you're capable of in our newest workout class.
π HYROX TRAINING WITH COACH NICOLE - 7:30 AM
HYROX-specific training focused on race skills, pacing, and building the strength and endurance needed for race day.
THURSDAY - STRENGTH: Let's move some weight. Expect focused lifting, quality reps, and a mixed upper and lower body session today.
FRIDAY - CARDIO U: Conditioning meets strategy as you build aerobic fitness, improve recovery, and strengthen the engine that powers everything else you do.
SATURDAY - HIRT: Heavy lifts combined with elevated heart rates create the perfect blend of strength and conditioning for a Saturday sweat session.
SUNDAY - HYROX: Endurance day is back. Longer efforts, race-specific work, and a chance to build the stamina that separates strong finishers from everyone else.
