Attention athletes, coaches, and parents

Any athlete intending to compete in Junior or Senior Dance, Junior or Senior Free Skating, or any World Skate Figures event at the 2026 USA Roller Sports National Championships must complete the Team USA Data Collection Form by June 14, 2026.

This form is used to gather important information for potential Team USA members and coaches in preparation for the upcoming 2026 World Skate Games and 2026 World Figure Cup. Completion of this form does not commit an athlete to participation, but it is required for anyone wishing to be considered for Team USA opportunities.
