SHOWDOWN ATHLETES, WE SEE YOU.

Nebraska Showdown was about more than what happened on the court. It was the long rallies, the big moments, the hustle for every ball, the way you lifted up your teammates and the attitude you brought to every match.

Now, it’s time to recognize those athletes who gave it their all. Nominate a Nebraska Showdown athlete for the Nebraska Sports Council Athlete of the Year Award.

She put in the work. She showed up. She made an impact. Now it’s time to recognize her.

Happy World Volleyball Day!

It may be a day late, but today we're still celebrating the athletes who compete with passion, determination, and heart every time they step on the court.

Keep working. Keep competing. Keep showing up.

We'll see you at the next Nebraska Showdown.
