This takes place on Thanksgiving morning - and it has for years! It's the perfect scenario.....Get Outdoors....Exercise.....Do It With Your Family.....Support The YMCA's Strong Kids Program......Head Home And Eat!

Here is a something to keep the kiddos busy this summer! Run a marathon.....1 mile at a time!

We all know we need to stay extremely healthy right now and that goes for children also!

Nebraska Extension has created a virtual Marathon Kids club so youth, and their families across the state can be active and gain confidence through completing the distance of a marathon - one mile at a time!

Please join their Facebook Group - start running/being active - and log your miles!

Hey everyone!!
Welcome to the Lincoln Running Co Run Solo page!
This is where you can share -ask -inspire -complain (not too much though) whatever to get you out the door!
We have such a great group here! So much knowledge here!
On our team we have the Executive Director of the Lincoln Community Foundation! We have a State Legislator! We have a guy that ran 100 miles last Tuesday! We have High School XC Runners! We have collegiate XC Runners! We have Post Collegiate Runners! Most importantly WE.HAVE.RUNNERS.THAT.CARE!!
So please let’s start communicating!
I’ll start it off by just letting you know -I truly believe you can’t wait to be motivated to start -you start and motivation follows!
