Just a reminder that there isn’t a shoot this weekend. We will be getting ready for the Selfbow Coins shoot for the next weekend. The shoot is June 20-21, but the event will start on the 18th. The camper hookups are pretty much taken, but there should be plenty of camping. Bring bows to work on if you have one or just come to hang out.
All traditional bows are welcome with regular plaques for those classes, selfbow shooters will be awarded coins.
We are planning on having a blanket shoot, so bring something to add to the blanket.
And we will also be doing the second annual Primitive Arrow Build competition. Build an arrow out of provided materials, and shoot a round as a group on Sunday.

Days are long up here in Ontario. Getting dark around 10:30 at night . With all the late night bear hunters coming back to camp, supper is usually around 11:30 pm. Makes it hard to get up and around.
It’s only been two full days, but we have packed a lot of adventure in that time. Looking forward to the next couple days.

We are on our way to Ontario to chase Black bear and do a little fishing. We stopped by the Owatonna Minnesota Bass pro to check out their fishing gear selection. Made it to Duluth for the night. Should be a short trip to camp tomorrow morning.

We were able to dodge the rain showers pretty much all day yesterday. Pretty decent turnout considering the forecast. Great to see everyone again after the four weeks since the last shoot.
I think we have the scoring system ironed out finally and the scores from yesterday as well as those from the buckle shoot are on here now. Just look for the tab at the bottom of the pics to see the category.

We are off the Canada in just a few days, check in for updates on that.
