LVLS Mini-Camp was built around mindset and learning at your pace. Even if that means asking for some help from NCAA Champ, Mark Hall.
These two young wrestlers took it upon themselves to speak up and grab Mark when they saw he had a free moment. Because of this, they had a chance to slow things down and really dive into the fundamentals of how the 2021 Senior National Champion switches between legs when shooting his singles. This is what LVLS is all about.

Every wrestler and family who joined us at the LVLS Mini-Camp this past weekend brings a story.
The Ortiz family is a tight knit family of extremely talented wrestlers who have been dominating girls wrestling competition in Idaho. Once they heard about the LVLS Mini-Camp they registered online and hit the road - traveling 36 hours from Idaho to have the opportunity to learn from our athletes. The oldest sister, Vanessa, is a 2x Idaho State Champion and is setting the path for her sister(s) Sophia, who is also a state champion. Families like these are what has helped grow and support women’s wrestling. With this type of dedication, it’s no surprise to see them at the top of the podium.
