Classes are intended to improve: fitness, endurance, coordination, balance, inner strength and confidence, flexibility, muscle strength and overall focus. We not only train in Karate (forms and fighting), but we also introduce: Gymnastics, Ju-Jitsu, Sumo, and ground fighting to keep our students well-rounded and always sharp. We’re proud to train in more than 10 different weapons!

30 minute and 60 minute classes are available, as well as private lessons. Contact us for rates.
