Lincoln City Mat Club is in need of a coach with prior wrestling experience to join the club. This is a volunteer coaching opportunity but the rewards you will gain from being part of a wrestling family are well worth it! No prior experience required for the kids, this is a wonderful opportunity for young kids between the ages of 5-14 in our area to be a part of a wrestling club where they can learn and grow their skills…all are welcome!

We had so much interest and support from the community in the past - we had great sponsors, an amazing team and even hosted our own tournaments here in Lincoln City.

The season doesn’t start for a while but we are starting now to fundraise and working hard to find a coach (or two) so we can offer this amazing program to our community again! Message Lincoln city wrestling mat club if you’re interested in coaching, sponsoring, joining the team or helping out in any other way.

Practice tonight at the normal time! We will either be in the big gym or the mat room. Planning for pictures on Thursday night during practice. I will bring order forms for pictures to practice tonight.

WOW! What a Tournament this year!!! Thank you to ALL the amazing parent volunteers and the High School Wrestling team for helping out!! I wish I had more pictures of the day - please post what you have!

Team - this week we will need parent help Friday night at 6 pm at the high school. We need help with:

- Moving mats from mat room to gym
- Setting up tables
- Setting up the concession area
- Finishing and hanging signs

I also have a list of things we need for the tournament which I will bring to practice and posted a pic of below. Let me know if you can help out please!

Hi Team! Here is some info about the state tournament Jan 25-26 in Salem. Most of our team will wrestle Saturday but have to weigh in Friday night.
