Thank you to all of our players and parents for coming out Sunday night and bringing so much excitement, energy, and enthusiasm to the UMPR Girls High School 7v7 NFL Flag League!

The open scrimmage went great, and it was awesome to see the girls getting on the field, competing, learning, and having fun together. We are very excited about the season ahead!

The league accepts high school and travel teams. All players register as individual and are placed on requested team.

Fall 2026 Registration is Open!

Youth boys and girls will be organized and play according to the Youth NFL flag football rules. The league will provide jerseys, referees, flags, fields, and footballs. Volunteer coaches are needed for teams. No prior experience is necessary. The league is a one-day, 2-2.5-hour weekly commitment.

During the season teams will play doubleheader games instead of practice. Athletic attire and non-metal football cleats/sneakers are required. Mouthpieces are recommended, but not required.

To produce competitively balanced rosters, team requests will not be accepted. NFL Flag jerseys are not available in adult small sizes. You will have an opportunity to confirm your shirt size prior to the season.

Date: 8/29/26 - 11/15/26
Age: 4-17
Day: Saturdays
Cost: $199
Time: 2-hour time slots between 9am to 4pm
Location: Limerick Community Park

What an incredible season it has been! From opening day to Championship Day, our athletes demonstrated determination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game that made this season truly special.

To our champions—your hard work, dedication, and commitment paid off. Enjoy this moment and celebrate your accomplishment!

To every player, coach, referee, volunteer, and family member—thank you for making this season a success. Championships may be won by a few teams, but the memories, friendships, and lessons learned belong to everyone who stepped onto the field this spring.

We are so proud of every athlete who competed, improved, and represented our league with class throughout the season.

These postponed games will now be played on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

We are 100 percent committed to playing all games in their entirety with no loss of games.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are looking forward to getting back on the field soon.
