Word of the week: “Forged”. Skills aren’t a birthright, they’re built through effort, discipline, and mat time. Skills are built through hard rounds and hard training.

Just as Thor’s hammer, Mjölnir, was forged, skills must also be. Let’s train hard again this week, and bring back the lessons we learn from our tests.
