We did the math. It's not a stretch (albeit a subtle flex) to play for the Havoc. Calling all families for 18U that still want to play a few weeks next summer, but, train intently all fall/winter with us to help you reach your final HS year goals (All District, All-Ohio, All-American), and, better prepare you for to compete for a starting spot in college. In the last few years, we have had the honor of coaching high level older players that want to surround themselves with gritty, like-minded, goal-driven softball student- athletes. It's never too late. We have some wonderful players coming back and want to add to that list for next summer. 16/18u tryouts tomorrow, Monday, July 27th, 730-10pm. Lima Sr. Softball Field. Four former Havoc players from 16/18s that all play(ed) in college: Carlie , Jordyn (Greensboro, NC), KG @ The GOAT, Rylie . All four of these wonderful women started in another program and came to the Havoc because of the fit. Especially for 18U players, if you want to train like a college athlete and be around like-minded gritty players in your off-season on the weekly, The Havoc is the place for you. We will get you ready to compete for a starting spot your first year in college. We know that it is scary to switch programs, put yourself out there, maybe, be inconvenienced by having to travel longer to get the training you need. We wish every family could find their forever fit when their daughter was 12, in their hometown, and stay. That just isn't the case anymore in the softball landscape. If you still want to compete. If you want to be around college athletes. If you truly want to put the work in, we hope to see you, 16s/18s, at Lima Sr. on Monday evening. We look forward to working with you.

160. That's the number of miles driven before 6am by Colbie, Tea and Audrey this morning to work on plate discipline, pitch selection and hitting what you hunt. We are not just swinging to swing. We take pitches in BP if we are not hunting the location, even if it's a strike. Hunt yours and barrel it up. Colbie and Audrey, 18U players, also came to support/challenge Tea (16U) as she trains to play on a National Team next weekend. When our students need/want more exposure, we use our resources to get them what they need. Also, it's in the Havoc DNA to help others in the organization shine, even if they are not in your age group. It's another thing that makes us special. BTW, Tryouts Monday. Who wouldn't want to train with these outstanding young women for another year. They are all Lo-Key good. Questions, Call Rob.

In all of Northwest Ohio, there were only 3, yes three Freshman that made 1st team all District for all 7 divisions. The area includes Toledo to Wapak, the Indiana line to Mansfield. Two of them, Emme Stevens ( and Tea Griffith play for the Havoc. These two were competing against young women 3-4 years older during the HS season, and, yet, they stood out. They train and play with the Havoc. Have done so for years. This is what development gets you. You will be hard pressed to find an organization that trains more, has more connections, individuates a players journey, and cares more, about the entire student-athlete, anywhere. We find this individual and team success, and these young women then compete on really big stages, holding their own wherever they go. They come from here, smaller, rural, areas of the mid-west, yet, they can compete on bigger stages against metropolitan and suburban areas where there are sometimes hundreds of thousand additional families with many many more players to choose from. So proud of these two young women from our area. If you want to be like them, maybe you should consider coming to our tryouts on Monday. Call Rob with any questions.

Smart women rule the world. Train more than play. Hit what you hunt. Be the good. Same building different view. Built Different. These are sayings you will hear from our organization. Families choose the Havoc year in and year out because of what we stand for, how we develop people and coaches and how they feel when they are with us. If your wish/goal is to chase trophies/rings, we are not your program. Our competition is too good to win all the time and, we find that there is a lot learn from individual and team outcomes that fail to align with our desires. If you are still wondering how we face off when the pressure is on, well, the proof is in the photos from these last few weeks. See you at tryouts. Any questions, call Rob: 419-604-0805. The shared memories, feelings and friendships will last a lifetime and, the Havoc grind will make you a better human.

What do Havoc college players do? How about be one of the best D1 bullpen catchers in the ACC? Yep, that would be Miss Emma Skinner. That is her statement and she is sticking to it. Miss Skinner crushed her first year at VA Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. She is a big school woman and wanted those experiences. Big classes, Big Football Saturdays. Friends from all over the east coast. She put herself out there for experiences that many students her age are too timid to try. Not Emma. The world is her oyster. Emma came back to throw a number of games this summer, beat some really good teams, and, relay incredible knowledge about the mental part of the game to her teammates and our organization that most of our young women have not experienced. Thank you, Emma, for coming back one more time for one more great summer. She is a big fish now in a big pond. You can ask her about her time at our upcoming clinics and tryouts. She'll be there.
