6 of us from Stronghold Karate and Eugue Ryu Lima took advantage of this great class teaching us situational awareness among many other practical techniques. We could spend a lifetime training and barely scratch the surface. Sensei Tim makes learning self defense a lot of fun. Keep your eyes open for the next opportunity.

Another great workshop coming up! Let's pack the dojo! 🔥

I am excited to announce my next special class at Empty Hands!

This class is geared towards young ladies and students getting ready to go back to school later in the month. I have had requests for a class for young ladies going off to college, so I wanted to get something ready to go as soon as possible.

While this class is geared towards college age young ladies, this class is open to boys and girls who are student aged, and women of all ages.

Text me (Sensei Tim) via the phone number on the flyer, or contact me through Messenger with any questions, or to sign up!
