Weekend Recap: River Friends Edition
Some weekends remind us exactly why we love what we do — and this one was full of the best kind of river magic.
We kicked things off with a sweet crew of friends and their kids who came out for an easy paddle. They laughed, splashed, explored, and made the kind of memories that stick. Hosting families like theirs is one of our favorite parts of the job.
We also had one of our “regulars” — the friend group that shows up a few times a year for their signature lazy river float. They don’t just float… they make a day of it. Parking‑lot games, snacks, stories, and then hours of fun on the water. They squeeze every drop of joy out of their time together.
Then came the Boyfriend of the Year, who showed up ready to help his girlfriend search for the phone she lost the day before. Dedication, determination, and a whole lot of love — we see you, sir.
And finally… you’ll have to trust us on this one. A group of guys with big beards and speedos drifted down the river like Santa’s off‑season helpers. A sight to behold. A gift, really.
These are the moments, the people, the stories that make CFRA what it is.
